Orders are fulfilled by our trusted production partners in the United States.
Design and creative operations are managed by our team in Canada.
Processing & Production Time
All items are made to order.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, production may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the United States.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days from the date of purchase.
While the majority of orders are delivered within this window, please allow up to 14 business days from the order date for delivery before reporting a delay.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of placing your order, please contact us by chat or contact page.
We will investigate the shipment and assist you.
If tracking shows no updates for an extended period and the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
